Mums at the Table

This is for all our mums in the Invercargill and Southland area to meet-up and connect with each other in person.

Mums at the Table is an online group that is a safe community for mums to support and encourage one another, ask parenting questions (anonymously if they want to!) and help give advice. It's a judgement-free zone!

We’re about real mums having real conversations about real issues. From motherhood stories to expert advice and healthy recipes, we’ve got your back! We’re proudly not-for-profit, relying on generous donors who believe in supporting mums. Aside from the online group we organise regular catch ups where mums can connect and meet other mums.
